Talk about a total with this one. We went beyond the cosmetics and completely reworked the floor plan to open up the living, kitchen, and dining areas for a true feel. We also reconfigured the bathroom layouts to allow for more space in the formerly tiny master bath and eliminate wasted space in the guest bath.
