I toured this model home a while back up in the Prosper area and there were a few controversial points!
1. Do we love the free standing tub?
2. Do we love the fact the laundry room is attached to the primary closet?
3. Do we love the greenhouse looking glass office space?

I think these little touches elevate the property and take something to the next level, but I know every buyer looks at them differently.

Prices start in the 600-700s but builders have been having major incentives! Especially if buyers commit before the end of the year with a spring move in!
