WINNER WEDNESDAY! I would like to thank some of my best friends Vince and Jess for allowing me to help them find their first home. It was an honor to help a Veteran and a friend find a home he loved. It was not the easiest of transactions to work through but we chipped away until a fair deal could be completed for both sides. The market as been crazy for sometime now but interest rates are slowing and prices of housing is dropping. There are numerous of options to purchase the home you are looking for now. This year’s Halloween campaign was a success! Saturday we trick or treated at north ridge church, Sunday was trick or treating and pictures with the skeletons in Northville, and Monday was Halloween in an epic neighborhood. Kids love it and got plenty of candy. Me and Natalie also have a stash😝

Monday Market Update:
Interest rates still sitting in the low 7s with experts believing there will be another uptick in rates by the feds. As we've seen from multiple reports the housing market is starting to slow comparing to what we were dealing with even 4 to 5 months ago. With average inventory starting to go down and with prices of inventory dropping every week on current and new inventory.

Professional opinion:
This market is not for everybody but there is plenty of reason to still buy or sell. Housing prices are coming down but are still up compared to what we saw before the housing spike. As for interest rates there are a ton of companies who offer programs to help people who are getting into new loans now, to refinance when we see interest rates drop. There is no easy prediction for when rates will stop going up but we are starting to see the market coming down from the extreme high it was on.

As for people waiting for a market crash: there are a lot of factors to think about in that situation. Where is the floor for prices of homes at now. The standard price we saw for homes a few years ago will most likely not be the standard anymore. Where will inventory be at that point? If inventory is low with a ton of consumers the pricing will climb again and we will be back where we started. Just a few things to think about and do research on.
