From Wright Property Services, LLC - We added some much needed in-house firepower to the fleet.

Our Kubota SVL97-2 has officially arrived, and we’ve already put it right to work. We fired it up and kicked off a large grading project as part of the full redevelopment of our property and yard.

Now we just need to get the Wright Property Services logos on it and make it official.

JG’s Tree Service | Premier Tree Service From The Wright Portfolio

JG's Tree Service recently completed the removal of 16 hemlocks positioned between multiple abutting properties, with the property line sitting only a couple feet from the trees. With fencing, neighboring yards, and an extremely limited landing zone, every tree had to be climbed, rigged, cut, and lowered with precision.

The job was led by our Operations Manager and company leader, John Goggin who oversaw and completed the removal from start to finish. The photos show John climbing each tree to attach rigging, make controlled cuts, and safely lower material into a very small work area.

We are proud of John’s skill, leadership, and the standard he continues to set in the field. Jobs like this require experience, patience, and complete trust in the process.

All 16 hemlocks were removed safely, and our landscaping company, Wright Property Services, LLC, was on site to haul off the freshly made woodchips so they can be reused on upcoming landscaping installs.

Our teams across the Wright portfolio have officially moved into Phase 2 of our recent large development project.

Working together under the Wright brand, Wright Construction Services, LLC, Wright Property Services, LLC and JG’s Tree Service are continuing site preparation following the initial clearing of over 2 acres and 120+ trees.

Recent progress includes:
• Clearing out the remaining organic layer
• Removing and processing stumps
• Staging logs for future milling and reuse
• Implementing new drainage solutions across the site

With drainage and stump removal now mapped out, the next step will be bringing in fill to raise elevation and establish a clean, level surface across the property.

This project continues to highlight our ability to manage large-scale work efficiently across our companies, from initial clearing through full site development.

We’ve been busy wrapping up snow season and rolling straight into landscaping, construction, and tree work, but this one deserved a quick spotlight.

Steve Cram, our Director of Operations, has been putting in the work day in and day out — keeping crews moving, jobs on track, and making sure our customers are taken care of.

A lot of what he does doesn’t always get seen, but it’s a big reason everything runs the way it should.

This most recent blizzard was a true test of preparation and ex*****on.
From Sunday afternoon through Monday, the storm delivered a long-duration snowfall lasting over 24 hours.

From Quincy to Cape Cod, every commercial and HOA property we service was actively maintained throughout the entire storm. Under our zero-tolerance snow removal policy, operations begin as soon as snow starts falling and continue without interruption to keep lots, drive lanes, walkways, and access points clear and safe.

After the storm wrapped up, our crews continued working well beyond 24 hours, completing cleanups and beginning snow stacking within 24 hours of final snowfall across all sites.

In parts of Plymouth, snowfall exceeded two feet in stacked accumulation, requiring us to mobilize heavy equipment in real time for snow relocation and management — exactly why we plan for large events before the season starts.

As we kick off the new year, we’re excited to spotlight one of our largest development projects to date.

A few weeks ago, we began a major land clearing operation across 2 acres, removing over 120 trees to prepare the site for a full-scale transformation .

This property will be developed into a complete, high-end landscape design, including:
• Custom pool & hardscape features
• Tennis court & recreational areas
• Gardens & native plantings
• Walkways, patios, and outdoor living spaces
• Irrigation, drainage, and long-term site infrastructure

At the same time, we’re preparing to launch a new initiative for 2026 — purchasing a mobile sawmill to bring on-site to responsibly process cleared timber into:
🪵 Milled lumber
🔥 Firewood
🌿 Mulch & organic materials
All of which will become part of our future inventory and material offerings.

Looking ahead, this also opens the door for expanded tree-related services — including selective clearing, material reuse, specialty milling, and sustainable land management solutions on future projects.

This project is overseen by Wright Investment Holdings, Inc. and is a joint undertaking with Wright Construction Services, LLC and JG’s Tree Service — now proudly part of our growing portfolio, allowing us to fully integrate tree work into our vertically managed development process.
