Another CAT has officially joined the fleet!

We have officially chosen CAT as the brand we plan to build our equipment fleet around.

These skid steers will be mobilized to commercial properties in November, where they will remain staged and ready for the first snowfall of the season.

We plan to continue adding CAT machines as we expand our commercial snow operations. Wright Property Services provides snow and ice management exclusively for commercial, HOA, and condominium properties—and we are actively signing new contracts for the upcoming winter season.

We haven’t shared an update in a while on one of our largest land-clearing and development projects to date.

Looking back at the original videos and pictures, it’s hard to believe how far this property has come. The site is now completely cleared of trees and debris, and we are finishing the final grading as we prepare for the next phase.

From here, we’ll be working with a land engineer and beginning to lay out every aspect of the property—including a secondary company shop that will allow us to launch and support operations from this location.

There is still plenty of work ahead, but it’s exciting to finally see the full potential of the property taking shape.

Today, we took delivery of our new CAT skid steer—another major addition to our growing commercial snow-removal fleet.

August 1 marks the start of our countdown to our busiest season. We have already been walking properties, preparing new contracts, and planning for the commercial properties we currently service.

Another excavation and grading project underway in Wareham.

A recently installed shed was experiencing water issues due to improper drainage and the surrounding grade. We excavated and leveled the area around the shed, then reused the excess material on another part of the property instead of hauling it away. We’ll be back this week to spread loam and grass seed to finish the lawn restoration.

We also had the opportunity to demo a CAT skid steer on this project as we look at adding more machines and brands to our growing fleet.

Our commercial snow removal planning process started August 1st, and we are already walking properties, planning for the locations under contract, and finalizing additional contracts for the upcoming season. It may still be summer, but snow preparation starts now.

A little tight-access work in Sandwich, MA

This old stone parking area was never prepped properly, so we removed it and started fresh. Working on a busy old Cape Cod street in the middle of summer meant bringing in compact equipment and planning everything around a small working area.

We excavated the space, installed a heavy-duty base and fabric, compacted everything in layers, and finished it with new stone and a granite border.

Not a huge area, but a new hardscape walkway can make a big impact.

We recently completed this new paver entry at one of our commercial/HOA properties. The area was excavated, properly based and compacted, then finished with new pavers and edging to create a cleaner, more durable entrance.

A relatively small upgrade, but it really changed the look of the front of the unit.

One from this spring that we never got around to sharing — a larger mulch installation where one of our favorite attachments really helped keep things moving.

This setup from Mega Attachments lets us move a lot of mulch across a large property using our stand-on mower instead of making endless trips with wheelbarrows.

They make attachments for all types of stand-on mowers, so it is worth checking them out if you are looking to move material more efficiently.

Our Kubota SVL97-2 has officially arrived, and we’ve already put it right to work. We fired it up and kicked off a large grading project as part of the full redevelopment of our property and yard.

Now we just need to get the Wright Property Services logos on it and make it official.

JG’s Tree Service | Premier Tree Service From The Wright Portfolio

JG's Tree Service recently completed the removal of 16 hemlocks positioned between multiple abutting properties, with the property line sitting only a couple feet from the trees. With fencing, neighboring yards, and an extremely limited landing zone, every tree had to be climbed, rigged, cut, and lowered with precision.

The job was led by our Operations Manager and company leader, John Goggin who oversaw and completed the removal from start to finish. The photos show John climbing each tree to attach rigging, make controlled cuts, and safely lower material into a very small work area.

We are proud of John’s skill, leadership, and the standard he continues to set in the field. Jobs like this require experience, patience, and complete trust in the process.

All 16 hemlocks were removed safely, and our landscaping company, Wright Property Services, LLC, was on site to haul off the freshly made woodchips so they can be reused on upcoming landscaping installs.

A complex job, completed safely and efficiently by the team across the Wright portfolio.
