♥️ Pending sale in Livonia! ♥️ This one played a little hard to get, as there was 6 offers on it! We beat out those other 5 offers without being the highest offer (1 offer being $10,000 higher)! How did we do it? Well for starters, I have known the listing agent for over 20 years. He knew how I performed professionally and he knew working with an experienced agent meant smooth sailing for all. So he delivered that knowledge to the sellers!
