Being a landlord has its moments-like a call at 8pm on a Saturday night that the basement is flooding with inches of water.
But the absolute BEST part? Helping a (former) tenant purchase a home! See, not all landlords are bad. Jack rented from us for a few years. Met his lovely bride and moved on to a bigger place-imagine my surprise when he reached back out a few years later saying they wanted to buy a home! RER is so grateful to have been a part of their home ownership journey!

The sweetest seller sent gorgeous flowers! Some transactions are hard- emotionally-grateful that this family trusted me to help them navigate selling their childhood home 💜 It was wonderful to hear their positive memories along with some teenager shenanigans!
So refreshing to see siblings work well together and a rewarding experience for all, given the circumstances. I remember how stressful it was when I walked a few miles in those shoes with different family dynamics.
