🏡 UNDER CONTRACT! Sometimes, real estate is a roller coaster! 🎢

Real estate isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes, finding the right home takes a little patience, a few unexpected turns, and a whole lot of trust in the process.

My buyer and I have been searching for well over a month, touring several homes each week, submitting offers on three different properties, and going under contract twice.

It’s a challenging market. Finding a home that checks all the boxes, fits your needs, and doesn’t come with a laundry list of projects isn’t always easy.

But through every twist and turn, my buyer has maintained the same mindset:
“If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be.”
And I love that.

Another meet in the books and a huge step forward from where I was a year ago.

⚖️ Bodyweight: 214.3 lbs

🏋️ Squat: 628 lbs — 3rd attempt
💪 Bench: 424 lbs — 2nd attempt
❌ Bench: 446 lbs — missed 3rd attempt
🔥 Deadlift: 644 lbs — 2nd attempt
❌ Deadlift: 677 lbs — missed 3rd attempt

Total: 770 kg / 1,697 lbs

What I’m most proud of is the progress over the last 12 months. At this same competition last year, my best lifts were:

Squat: 562 → 628 lbs (+66)
Bench: 402 → 424 lbs (+22)
Deadlift: 612 → 644 lbs (+32)

120 lbs added to my best lifts in one year.

A huge thank you to my coach, Brittany Ward, for pushing me, keeping me accountable, and always expecting more out of me. And yes, there’s something mildly humbling about having a girl hand you 400+ pounds off the rack so you can bench it. 😂💪

We took some big swings on the third attempts with 446 on bench and 677 on deadlift. Didn’t get them this time, but now we know exactly what we’re chasing.

Next up: PLU Nationals at Riverview Health Arena in Indianapolis, Indiana — April 2027.

The goal is to come down to the 90 kg class, keep building the total, and make a serious push at my DOTS score.

Seven months to get stronger while getting lighter.
