Dues are collected on April 1st each year.
Lot Owners - $35
Lot Owners (65+) - $25
Funds are needed to:
• Pay electricity for Club House and Security Light in the Park
• Maintenance for Club House, Park, and Boat Ramps
• Annual property taxes
• Trinity River Authority use fees
• Park improvements
Projects in Discussion
• Addition of automatic gate access into the park.
• Removal of boat ramp gates
• Repair or replace steps into lake
• Reserve fund to:
Re-pour boat ramp
Replace bulkhead

Hello neighbors!

It’s time again for our May meeting on Saturday May 18th.

We have a park cleanup planned as well (weather permitting) starting at 8:30 am. With meeting to follow at 10:30 am.

We will discuss whether or not to proceed with our planned fish fry fundraiser scheduled for May 25th.

Next Saturday, April 16th, is our our regularly scheduled Lot Owner's meeting. We are looking forward to seeing you all. We will be discussing a fundraiser fish fry the weekend before Memorial Day. Please join us @ 10:30 AM on April 16th.
