We get this question a lot:
“Do I have to pay 6% commission when I sell my home?”

Answer: Real Estate commissions are negotiable, within reason. As we see values rise, the commission soften in most markets. We are in Southern California where million dollar listings are not uncommon, therefore we have seen the “negotiated” commission a bit more.
