Construction season has begun on Vicki, the Port Henry village victorian! On deck?

1. The walk in shower addition will finally be finished! Finshing the drywall, painting, installing crown moulding and the final finished millwork. Maybe even have the sink moved from the toilet grotto to it's home on custom vanity.
2. The living room will have the dead fireplace enclosed in a feature wall with hidden alcove. Al wood trim will have the edges broken and painted.
3. The pool room ceiling will be finished with rhe add on bathroom plumbing ceiling access built in. Crown and trim installed
4. The grill deck in the pool yard will have a roof and the serving/prep table till be upgraded.

Can't find a threshold styled floor reducer for your really unique transition? Guess it's time to make one by hand. Crafted this 10"x39" reducer from a rough cut 2x10. It'll join the tile and hardwood area that have just over an inch difference between them (due to the slope needed for the 7 foot deep curbless shower). It's been designed to keep the bath area wheelchair accessible while still looking good! Still in progress but couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out!

The shower bump out is finally coming down to just drywall and paint. Will have some progress pictures to post up tomorrow. It's the project that seems to never end as other more pressing things keep taking priority over and over. The end is in sight!
