Bollard Inspection Services is expanding and seeking experienced, detail-oriented contractors to perform commercial insurance inspections.

*This is a 1099 contract position: perfect for professionals who enjoy independence, flexible scheduling, and fieldwork.*

What You’ll Do

- Perform on-site commercial property inspections for insurance underwriting and risk assessment.
- Document property condition, occupancy, and operations using clear photos and detailed notes.
- Identify potential hazards, liability exposures, and building details.
- Upload inspection data via our online reporting platform.
- Communicate professionally with our office team as needed — no sales, estimating, or adjusting required.

Requirements
- Prior experience in insurance, construction, real estate, or inspection (preferred).
- Strong observational and writing skills.
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
- Access to a digital camera or smartphone for photos.
- Drone operators are a major plus — must hold an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
- Must carry basic business liability insurance as an independent contractor.
