I’ve had the privilege of working with real estate clients of all ages—from 22 to 88—and from many backgrounds, each with their own reasons for moving and navigating life changes.
One of the more rewarding parts of this career is helping first-time homebuyers. Being part of my client’s journey toward first-time homeownership and seeing their dream become a reality is an incredible feeling.
I met this wonderful couple a few months ago at one of my listings, and we immediately connected. We began the home-buying process together and initially pursued a specific property that required third-party approval. After two months of waiting, we decided to walk away, and I ensured they received their earnest money back.
Soon after, we found another home that proved an even better fit. I negotiated a purchase price 10% below the list price, and thanks to strong communication and collaboration among all parties, the transaction was smooth from start to finish.
Along the way, we discovered we all share a love for art, healthy living, and dogs, which made choosing personalized closing gifts especially fun. 💕😍
