Forget the national news headlines—here is exactly what is happening right here on the Treasure Coast.

The April numbers are officially in, and we are looking at a massive split in the market.If you look at the breakdown below, you're going to see two completely different realities depending on what you own:

🏠 SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES (The Seller's Market)
Inventory has essentially collapsed, dropping 25.1% from last year. Because buyers are fighting over fewer houses, the median sale price just jumped 8.3% to $650,000. Sellers are firmly back in the driver's seat.

🏢 TOWNHOUSES & CONDOS (The Buyer's Market)
It is a totally different game over here. Median prices actually dropped 8.9% down to $255,000 , and there is currently a heavy 7.3-month supply of inventory sitting on the market. Buyers have the leverage.
