If I could sit down with the version of me who was just getting started in real estate, these are a few things I’d tell her.
After 70+ homes, here’s what I know now…

1. YOU’RE GOING TO FIGURE IT OUT AS YOU GO.
There’s no way to know everything when you start. Keep learning, asking questions, and trusting yourself along the way.

2. YOUR REPUTATION IS EVERYTHING.
People may forget a transaction, but they’ll remember how you made them feel. Your name will always matter more than an escrow.

3. NOT EVERY OPPORTUNITY IS MEANT FOR YOU.
Some opportunities look good on paper but aren’t right for you, your business, or your season. Learning to say no is part of growing.

4. YOUR CIRCLE MATTERS.
Who you surround yourself with influences how you think, what you believe is possible, and how far you’re willing to go.

5. YOU HAVE TO GET COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE.
Making calls, putting yourself out there, hearing “no,” trying something new… growth usually happens somewhere outside your comfort zone.

6. NOT EVERYONE WILL SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS.
And that’s okay. You can’t measure your success by who likes, shares, or supports you. Keep showing up anyway.

7. REAL ESTATE IS SO PERSONAL.
You’re not just helping someone buy or sell a house. You’re stepping into some of the biggest, most emotional moments of their lives & that’s something I’ll never take lightly.

•I have a little bit of an adrenaline problem skydiving, skiing, random adventures… I’m probably saying yes 😂
