PENDING after only one week on the market! 🎉

My sellers accepted an offer the day before my birthday, and we officially opened escrow yesterday… on my birthday! I’d say that’s a pretty great birthday gift.

I had a feeling this adorable home in Coburg would go fast, but I didn’t expect to have several showings scheduled within hours of going live. It was close to becoming a multiple-offer situation, with several buyers considering writing offers.

In the end, we received one really strong offer by the deadline and my sellers were happy to accept! Now we’re on to the next step toward closing.

Real estate is still moving when the home is priced right and shows well! ✨
