Feeling really grateful today.

I was recognized for hitting my annual sales goal again this year, and while I’m proud of the consistency, what means more to me is what’s behind it.

This work only happens because people choose to trust me. You invite me into big decisions. You introduce me to your friends and family. You come back when life changes. That kind of trust is never lost on me.

I set goals every year to hold myself accountable — to stay sharp, responsive, and fully present for the people I work with. Reaching them isn’t about the award. It’s about knowing I showed up the way I promised I would.

It’s been a hot minute! The first seven months have absolutely flown by, we’ve been working hard, selling houses despite the changing market.

Our hot take: it’s not a great time to sell, most the people that are selling are doing so because of big life changes. Things like divorce, marriage, kids moving in or out, or job transfers. Prices are pretty stagnant unless you have something really special, so if you don’t need to move, I’d wait it out.

On the flip side, it’s an absolutely brilliant time to buy if you can afford it. There are fantastic deals to be had, lots of inventory, and sellers that are giving out lower interest rates, lower prices, and closing credits.
