Teasha Schmidt - Realtor, ABR As a Portland real estate agent, I offer expert guidance, deep neighborhood knowledge, and personalized care throughout your real estate journey!

From the moment I purchased my first home, I have been passionate about Real Estate and the freedom and financial stability that is possible with homeownership. I loved talking with friends and family about getting mortgages, buying homes, and home improvement projects. After an extensive career in healthcare project management, I realized that it was time to pivot out of healthcare and take a new path with my career. One of our dear friends’ son wrote in a Birthday card to me “You are such a good helper.” That defines me 100%. I live for helping people and what better way to do that than guiding and supporting people through the home buying process? Let me help you find your cozy place to call home!

Oh Wilderness Maven Apothecary! This beautifully curated shop made my day today ✨.
I stopped by to pick up a gift for a friend and can’t wait to go back. Located in lovely Sellwood, there are herbs, botanical brews, skincare, candles, books, and a gorgeous selection at the beverage bar.
Take a moment to stop by and treat yourself to something special and grounded. Jen is so helpful and knowledgeable!
Thanks Kara Markovich for the introduction ✨
