8 unit townhome build in Portland is coming along nicely! 5 months ago, there was a a house on that lot. Now thanks to financing by ABL, it’s watertight already…. Who’s got a project that wants to get started?

Two great meet ups happened in Portland this week. One on Tuesday with the newly formed PREONW group with deal presenting and the other one on Thursday through Investor lab with economic debate as it relates to real estate estate and invest investing. Both great content and great networking with other investors and resources!!

Great time last night at the creative nation event at The Redd. Probably the biggest turnout I’ve seen in a long time for a meet up event with over 450 people. Lots of great connection, lots of investors, taking a shot at their next investment , and we met a lot of people that I think we’ll be able to help with the financing of those deals!
