Went out and saw the 8 unit going up on the eastside today.  The roofs are on and the siding is mostly up. They’re working on putting in the cabinets, flooring, and the trim. They should start listing these in 4 to 6 weeks!

Happy Wednesday! Refresher on DSCR loans aka "Cash Flow" loans. Easier to get than a conventional loan, no limit on # of mortgages, and no DTI/W2s/Tax Returns required! If you need to pull some cash out or just want to refinance from a flip loan to a long term loan, let me know!

8 unit townhome build in Portland is coming along nicely! 5 months ago, there was a a house on that lot. Now thanks to financing by ABL, it’s watertight already…. Who’s got a project that wants to get started?

Out here at the head office of ABL Funding across from Manhattan! I just landed, training week starts tomorrow morning . Looking forward to a great week of learning from the top producers on their best strategies and tips. And maybe go tour New York a little at night!
