Ernie was very active and well known throughout the community. He and his oldest son, Gary, conducted all types of auctions while younger son, Doug, and daughter-in-law, Kim, were the clerks and cashiers. Upon Ernie's passing, Gary has taken over the Auction duties along with Auctioneers Scott Schrader from the Hartford City area and Ben Lyons, Travis Theurer, and Aaron Loy (Ernie's grandson) fr
om the Portland area.Kim who has her Real Estate Brokers license is operating the Real Estate office along with salespeople; Gary Loy, Doug Loy,Missy Puterbaugh, Forrest Johnson Associate Broker and Scott Schrader.
