Are you trying to sell your property? 🏡 You can help make the process go more smoothly with these 5 tips: Tip 1: Clean up your space. It\'s hard to get a good sense of a property when it\'s full of clutter. Tip 2: Get rid of odors. Whether it\'s from pets or from smoke, a pungent smell can be a deterrent for many buyers. Get rid of lingering odors by using baking soda and/or vinegar. Tip 3: Make small repairs. Even minor problems like a loose doorknob or cracked tiles can negatively impact how people view your home. Tip 4: Use neutral colors and natural lighting. If possible, paint your walls with neutral colors that will appeal to most people and open up the blinds and curtains to let in natural light. Tip 5: Stage your space. Staging allows potential buyers to get a better understanding of how they might live in your home and helps them visualize themselves living there. To those of you who are new here, my name is Augusta and I have lived in Hampton Roads for 24 years... my whole life actually. If you're looking for a way to make your home feel like it truly belongs to you, consider a garden! Plants bring life and energy into your home and make it feel warm, cozy, and inviting. If you're unsure where to start, try one of these simple ideas:
Succulents are great for people who have busy schedules. You can forget about watering them for weeks at a time, and they still do beautifully. Plus, they require only minimal care.

Herbs (like basil) are easy to grow indoors if you've got access to sunlight. Just be careful that they don't start attracting bugs!

Another great way to add color and life to your home is by propagating plants that you already have. Just take a cutting from your favorite houseplant, place it in water on a sunny windowsill, and watch as new roots form!

You'll be amazed at how much personality plants can bring into your home, so don't be afraid to give them a try!

Let’s talk real quick, and let’s be honest.
Renting sucks. There, I said it. It sucks. I said what we all want to say.
So what do we do about that? Keep giving someone else money to pay THEIR mortgage? No! Come to me and I can send you straight to our lender to either A. Get you pre-approved or B.
