We’re moving right along on our Gilbertsville barn remodel! Electrical and lighting, HVAC, and plumbing rough-ins are all continuing as we get closer to insulation and drywall.

Custom remodeling takes time, and we’re happy to put that time into getting the details right. The work behind the walls is just as important as the finishes you see when the project is complete.

More progress on our Gilbertsville barn remodel this week! With the subfloor complete, we’ve moved on to interior framing, repairing and straightening the existing structure, and continuing the plumbing rough-ins.

This week, Marvel Builders started on the interior demolition of an ongoing phased project in Gilbertsville. This is a full interior demo of the second floor- down to the studs (and then some).
