One of the most exciting and hardest days for me in real estate is closing day.

It’s exciting because we’ve reached the finish line together… but it’s also hard because of the relationships I’ve built with my sellers and buyers along the way.

Closing day is always bittersweet.

I’m excited for my sellers and the new chapter ahead, but saying goodbye is never easy. The relationships built along the way are one of the greatest gifts of this profession.

When we started working together, this home had already been on the market. Instead of getting discouraged, we created a plan. We made improvements, addressed repairs, listened to buyer feedback, adjusted our strategy when needed, and stayed committed to the process.
Real estate isn't always simple. Sometimes it requires patience, tough conversations, and teamwork. My sellers trusted the process every step of the way, and together we achieved a successful outcome.

I am so proud to share that San Diego Castles Realty is partnering with STEP at the upcoming Scripps Ranch Symphony in the Park — and this year, we’re helping kick off their Summer 2026 Backpack Drive!
