Once in a while the Museum comes across a rare photo from Keokuk Falls. A young woman with ribbons attached to her coat riding side saddle on her horse in front of a building, Note the sketchy foundation of the building. Unfortunately no date and the only information on the photo is "Main Street, Keokuk Oklahoma",

Total beef production under Federal inspection for the week ending Saturday, June 13, 2026 was estimated at 468.9 million lbs. from an estimated 524,000 head. That is down 2.1% from last week and down 2.8% from a year ago.
% of total cattle slaughtered by class; Steers – 51.3%, Heifers – 29.3%, Cows - 17.9% & Bulls 1.5%
