Sometimes the best finds are the ones you weren’t even planning on. 🌿🏡

I was visiting my sister and nephew when I realized this new construction in Oscar was only about 10 minutes away, so I had to go take a look.

And I’m glad I did.

The olive green throughout caught my attention, but I also loved the warm wood tones, brass details, fireplace, and all the natural light. It has personality without feeling overdone, which is something I appreciate in a home.

One thing that caught my attention was seeing home prices continue to rise, even with fewer homes being listed and sold.
