Whatโs equally important as receiving a referral to help someone's child buy their first home is receiving a referral to help their parent. That one actually hits a little different for me. ๐ซถ๐ผ
Not because it matters more, but because when I'm helping someone's parent, there's usually history in that home. Years of memories, or a life change that's brought them to this exact moment to know itโs time to make a move.
Ms. Pam is one of the sweetest people I've had the privilege of working with. Kind, easygoing, always thinking of others first.
She tackled her punchlist to get the home ready. And when a contract fell through along the way, she didn't panic, she stayed patient and trusted the process. The next offer came quickly, and it ended up being even better than the first. ๐ฅณ
The icing on the cake? Watching the new buyers' little boy light up over his new house and just a short walk from the community pool. ๐ฆ
