Love working with First Time homebuyers but it’s even more special when they’re my kids best friends!! I’m super proud of Seth & Allie! Huge thanks to Melissa Martin Land for having the perfect listing for them & Ramona Carter for making things happen so smoothly financially & Quality Home Inspections, LLC for a very informative home inspection & of course, Garry S. McAnnally’s office for keeping things on track to get us to the closing table! This team has been the best!!

Here’s a better option for moving! No more riding around town finding card board boxes that fall apart! No more buying card board boxes then just throwing them away after unpacking! Give my friends a call & RENT-A-TOTE!!

I completely forgot to take a client pic at closing!! Super thankful for my clients & love the friendships that come from this job!

Just want to go on record & say that if you’re struggling with an out of state lender, make a change asap to a local one! My clients did exactly that & Shelley Nickles with Crosscountry Mortgage made it happen! Thanks so much for all of your work for this sweet family! The office of Garry S. McAnnally did a wonderful job, jumping through all of the hoops to make it happen too! This team was the best!!

Closing day!! This job is super fun, especially when you get to work with friends! Thanks so much Mike & Mary Rowe Mann for trusting me to help y’all find your new home! It’s been so much fun working with y’all (especially Mike…IYKYK🤪). Thanks Heather Oates, with Realty Central, for having the perfect listing for them and Chris Nolan, with Cross Country Mortgage, for keeping the financial stuff straight and the office of Garry S. McAnnally, for a super smooth closing!
