🥵Escape the Heat and check this out! Happening this coming weekend.

Have you been curious about Essential Oils? Want to smell before you buy?

I'd love to see you at my booth at the upcoming Craft & Vendor Market - 🍎Back to School Edition!

📍 Rogue Valley Mall | Medford, OR
📅 August 15-16, 2026
🕒 Saturday: 10am–8pm
🕒 Sunday: 11am–7pm

I am a dōTERRA® Wellness Advocate and I will be providing information, opportunity to purchase, and more.

There will be quite a few other vendors at the mall as well offering great products, crafts, etc.

Not only is it nice for Back to School, but those of you that want to get some Christmas Shopping done early - this is a good time to shop for that "unique" gift!

Hope to see you there!

Okay my gardening friends - quick question!

What type of perennials do you find work the best in the flower beds?
I am in Southern Oregon and after turning 62 yrs. old this year, I've finally figured out I don't want to re-plant my flower beds each year after the winter is past!

I have a variety of bulbs already planted; however, I don't want to plant many annuals.

Never thought I would get to this, but I'm tired of the time it takes to get the beds ready each year and how much it costs to re-plant!
I would love some suggestions!

Here's a pic of just one of the beds I have showing what I've done so far and also the two different sections at different times of year!

💐There’s something about April that invites a reset—
a beautiful time to reset, refocus, and support your Health in a fun, natural way.

This month, dōTERRA® is offering 20% off qualifying wellness orders ($250+)*, and I’ve added in some thoughtful extras to support you as you get started.

Here’s what that can look like:

• Breathe® Touch* (with 100 PV)
• Pebble Diffuser* (with 150 PV)
• Citrus Bliss 15mL* (with 200 PV)
• Modern Essentials Book (provided by me personally)* (with 200 PV)

Along with that, I offer ongoing support—monthly check-ins, classes, and a place to reach out whenever questions come up. You’re not doing this alone.

This is something I wish more people gave themselves permission to explore sooner—simple, natural tools that support both your daily life and the environment you create around you.

Whether you’re focused on your own wellness or looking to bring something more intentional into your home or business (especially my REALTOR® friends 🩷), this is a really aligned time.

I’ll walk you through it personally.
Comment SPRING and I will send info to you.

*Some restrictions apply.

If I were actively selling homes this Spring, there are three things I would not go without:

* Mental clarity before appointments
* Emotional steadiness during negotiations
* A calm, welcoming atmosphere at open houses.

Real estate is fast, emotional, and high energy. What most agents don't talk about is how much mental and nervous system regulation affects performance.

There's a simple starter setup available this month that fits seamlessly into REALTOR® life -- not as "one more thing to do," but as support for the pace you're already running.

If you're in real estate and curious how this would look practically in your business, comment REALTOR and I'll share what I would personally recommend.
