I want to shout out a BIG thank you to one of the most deserving couples I know for allowing me to represent them as sellers! They are young, but both have hearts of GOLD! 💛🌟🌻 I’ve known Bre since she was 14 and I’m so glad to see her all grown up and killing it as a mom and wife! I know they have a bright future ahead of them in sunny SC! ☀️ I already miss her being so far away because we talked almost daily during this process, but I couldn’t be more excited and proud of her! Congratulations Bre and Austin! Love and prayers to both of ya’ll and your families! I hope you love your new house! 🏠

Ya’ll, this one is so S•P•E•C•I•A•L to me. 🖤🥹

“Hi, this is Erica from Facebook.” — Erica always starts every conversation, every phone call, every time with “Hi” in her cute little Amish-like yankee accent! She even starts her texts with “Hi” 🥰 She’s adorbs! I’ve grown to know Erica well over the course of the past few months and I’ve learned she is a SAHM…. but she has the skillset of an accountant, a farmer, a teacher, a preacher, a chef, a psychologist, and a real estate agent all mixed into one! She loves allll the the little things in life— the smallest joys bring the biggest smiles to her face and I never get tired of watching it light up when she sees a deer or a baby goat, or a patch of blackberries— or when she hears a southern twang or learns something about WV that is completely different than what she’s used to in PA. There’s something about people like her— I know she and Ryan have been through Hell and back— but life has never made them bitter or angry. They are both kind, genuine, and honest people who still look at all the beauty in the small things. They worked hard to get to this place in life and achieve their dreams of owning a beautiful home on 100+ acres in Southern WV, specifically Monroe County. 💜🩶 They deserve this so much! Their genuine love for life is absolutely contagious and they are the kind of people who make me feel like doing my “job” of helping them find a home is like stealing candy from a baby. 😅 It never once felt like work. Erica and Ryan are the kind of people I want to be like when I grow up!! 🙃 Personally, I could not be more honored to be the agent they chose to bring them home to our beautiful Mountain State and I’m so thrilled to finally be able to say “Welcome Home! 💙💛” — Here’s to new beginnings and being friends forever!
