🔥 HOT TAKE TUESDAY 🔥

Everyone sees the shiny parts of real estate.

The pretty homes. ✨
The “SOLD” signs. 🏡
The closing-day photos. 🥂
The happy clients. ❤️

And don’t get me wrong… I LOVE those parts.

But what you don’t always see is everything happening behind the scenes to get there.

The calls that don’t make it to Instagram.
The problems that need solving.
The negotiations.
The paperwork.
The follow-ups.
The coordinating.
The late nights.
The moments where I’m quietly figuring out how to make something work when my clients may never even know there was a problem.

Real estate can look really shiny from the outside.

But the shiny moments are usually backed by a whole lot of work nobody sees.

And honestly? That’s the part I’m proud of.

Because being a Realtor isn’t just about opening doors and putting a sign in the yard.

It’s about being the person who keeps showing up, keeps communicating, keeps problem-solving, and keeps moving things forward—even when nobody is watching.

So yes… I’ll happily celebrate the pretty pictures and the closing-day smiles.

This morning on V's morning bike ride she saw a turtle on the sidewalk....she came to get us and we ended up helping over 25 turtles cross the road and find their way to the water. Pretty cool honestly. 🐢💛
