oker. He has designed, built, and sold many projects including houses, schools, banks, stadiums and shopping centers. Forrest Phillips developed LF PHILLIPS Properties to be one company capable of meeting our customers' needs in all areas of any design and construction project. The aim of LF PHILLIPS Properties is to deliver thoughtful, original works of architecture. Our designs integrate the past and the future, offering the style and nostalgia of old world and period architecture, while including modern amenities and floor plans to simplify daily life. In order to simlify the construction process LF PHILLIPS Properties is a full service firm that offers not only design/build services, but real estate services for the client as well.
