Thats a wrap on our summer in gansett as renters will be arriving tomorrow! We did what we could with the short time we had! Re painted bathroom and painted cabinets with new countertops! We are fortunate enough to have the house rented till about the middle of August we have about a 1-2 weeks still available at the end of the summer before we welcome the students! Thank you everyone for following the journey and support we wish you all a great summer!!

Quick little weekend project lol… Just shout out to for the amazing paint job on the cabinets and to Juan for the counter top the kitchen was in major need of an update and we are so excited to get this done!!

Almost summer! Students moved out on Monday!! We have some kitchen renovations underway! We cant wait to show you what we got going on this spring to get the house ready for summer rentals!! 2 weeks still open in August! See you in Gansett!!☀️

Hello spring!!! Few more weeks and gansett will be the place to be! Summer dates are filling up fast!! We have August 6th - 28th still open!! We have some kitchen renovations being done this spring! We cant wait to take you along for the job!! See you soon!!

A gloomy day here in gansett but fits the day since its our last day here saying goodbye to summer and hello to the Fall and our new students who move in tomorrow! What a great summer we had with many renters moving in and out all summer! Also accomplishing many projects to make the house great! This weekend we met with a ton of people to have the front balcony deck redone and expanded for next summer! Thank you to all our renters this summer, our supporters & and everyone who shares, likes and follows us on this journey! A huge welcome to our students! Hope everyone had a great summer and hello fall!
