September has always felt like a fresh start—the school year begins, routines return and suddenly we’re thinking about what we want to accomplish before the year ends.
Here is some recent real estate activity from this past August: three homes sold, one went under contract and one was rented.
I’m also making more time for my community. I recently saw Oliver! at The Arctic Playhouse in West Warwick and am currently volunteering with their production of Bell, Book & Candle.
The real estate market is beginning to shift, too. We’re seeing more price reductions, homes taking longer to sell and inventory slowly increasing—making preparation and a knowledgeable strategy more important for both buyers and sellers.
My goals this season are to keep growing my business, serve more people and become more involved in the community I call home. What are yours?
If buying, selling or learning your home’s value is part of your future plans, I’d love to hear from you.
