Every morning, I take our dog for a walk at the Nature Center, and every morning I’m reminded of what a beautiful place it is. 🌿

With all the greenery, flowers, and carefully tended gardens, it feels like walking through a peaceful, well-kept garden. I’ve always admired the time, care, and effort that goes into keeping it so beautiful, but today I learned something that made me appreciate it—and the people behind it—even more.

There’s a gentleman by the name of Roger that I see there often, always working, always taking care of the gardens. Today, I stopped to thank him for his work ethic and dedication. I told him how much I appreciated the beauty he helps create for everyone who visits.

That’s when I found out something I never knew…

He and FIVE other Gardeners VOLUNTEER their time to do this.

Let that sink in for a minute. ❤️

They don’t do it for a paycheck. They don’t do it for recognition. They do it simply because they love it and want to give back.

Every Thursday, they faithfully show up. They plant. They water. They run water lines. They pull weeds. They work in the heat and give their time and energy to make this little piece of our community more beautiful and peaceful for all of us to enjoy.

We often walk past beautiful places without stopping to think about the hands and hearts behind them.

Today, I just wanted to stop and say THANK YOU. ❤️

Thank you for giving your time, your talent, and your love to something that brings beauty and peace to so many people.

You may not expect recognition or a monetary reward, but please know that your work does not go unnoticed.

Congratulations to my sellers in Penrose, Colorado. This home was deeply loved by a family who has since passed, leaving the estate with a difficult decision: keep the property in the family or allow someone new to restore it. Happy Closing Day to my buyer! 🏡❤️

This closing is one I’ll never forget.

Just two days before he was supposed to close on his dream home in the mountains, it was tragically lost in the Aspen Acres Fire. After months of searching, it felt like everything he had hoped for disappeared overnight.

There were moments of heartbreak and uncertainty, but one thing never changed—his belief that there was still a mountain home waiting for him. He refused to let go of that dream.
