There are some people who leave a mark on your heart that can never be replaced. Mike was one of them.

Our Marina Park Realty family is heartbroken by the unexpected loss of our friend and fellow agent, Mike DePena. He brought an energy that was impossible to ignore, a smile that could brighten any room, and a genuine kindness that made everyone around him feel like family. Mike celebrated others, lifted people up, and lived with a joy that was truly contagious. Whether you knew him as a colleague, a friend, a client, or simply crossed paths with him, you were better for having known him.
As we grieve this tremendous loss, we also celebrate the incredible life he lived and the countless memories he leaves behind. His laughter, generosity, and spirit will remain a part of our Marina Park Realty family forever.
