After 2 years of helping people buy, sell, and figure out their next move… you start to realize it’s never really about the house first. It’s about the moment someone decides they’re ready for something different. A new start, a better fit, a slower pace, more space, less stress… whatever that looks like for them.

And being trusted to walk alongside someone through that? I don’t take that lightly. I never have. There’s a lot that goes into what I do, pricing, strategy, negotiations, timing, knowing how to position a home or protect a buyer in a deal. That part matters. But what’s always mattered most to me is how people feel during the process.
