I’ve seen a lot of post online referencing Title Lock, or promising an extra service of monitoring your title for you.. but, agents and homeowners can register to monitor any parcel in king, pierce, Snohomish, or Clark county FREE and it only takes a minute!

All you need is your email and your Property APN.

If you want an extra layer of peace of mind over your Title insurance DM me and I’ll shoot you your counties link!

Bonus! You can always favorite your parcel on your trusted home, browsing site and turn on notifications so if it were to ever get listed you would be notified! :)
