JUST SOLD 🏡🔑 But this closing is a good reminder that buying a home is about so much more than just the interest rate.

I hear it all the time right now:

“Rates are too high.”
“I don’t have 20% down.”
“Maybe I should just wait.”

And I get it. Buying a home can feel overwhelming when you’re only looking at the headlines.

But every buyer’s situation is different.

There are different loan programs, down-payment options, seller concessions, gift funds and ways an offer can be structured depending on the buyer, property and loan program.

That’s why one of the biggest mistakes a first-time buyer can make is deciding they can’t buy before ever talking to a lender or Realtor.

This home in Yakima officially has new owners 🤍 and getting to the closing table was another reminder of why having the right people around you matters.

You don’t have to know exactly how you’re going to buy a home before you start.

You just have to know where you are financially, what monthly payment feels comfortable, and then we can figure out what options actually exist for you.
