Yep! I know!

Moving cross country can be so overwhelming🥴, but… I CAN HELP!🤯

These are the Top 3 things I suggest to my clients when making a big move:

1️⃣Make your travel arrangements in advance. When moving across the country, research and schedule all travel details at least a month in advance. Booking airplane tickets and hotel reservations can ensure a successful move.

2️⃣Divide and conquer. Having an extra set of hands can help make a move smoother. As you begin to pack up your home, ask for help. School-age kids can assist with packing their own rooms. Consider making a game or competition out of packing and it won’t feel so overwhelming. It may even help you get it done quicker.

3️⃣Bring important paperwork and valuable with you. Don’t pack jewelry, guns or family heirlooms with the rest of your belongings. Secure them separately in a box or bag. Keep your important documents like your marriage license or birth certificate with you. And consider how you will access documents like proof of income, sale of your home or utility and address transfers, of you are purchasing a home at your destination.

Isn't it just the best when you get to watch your child do something they love, something they're really good at? Dillon had a great weekend, pitched well, hit well, and had a couple great plays at short, but I saved the best... after a tough loss in the championship game... he says mom, I had a great weekend, I really feel at home on the field!❤️🥇❤️🥇❤️🥇

So not true!

Phoenix has seen large appreciation in home prices over the last couple of years, but that doesn't mean there's no affordable housing.

Buckeye, Queen Creek, Casa Grande, Coolidge and Maricopa all have available homes for under the average Phoenix home price!!

These areas are seeing a lot of growth. New construction homes are popping up all over in addition to shops and restaurants, which provides residents with the same amenities and experiences as the most popular Phoenix Metro cities.

Not to mention the value you gain per square foot!!

Moving can be one of the most memorable experiences you will ever have. Can it be stressful? Sure, but with a moving expert by your side, it can be fun too!

Here are some important Tips for pre-packing.

First things first, decide if you’ll be hiring a mover. If you opt for DIY make sure you enlist as many friends and family members as possible. Moving can be a bonding experience, especially because you are packing up your entire life and taking the leap to another beautiful home.

Collect your supplies. Decide how many boxes you’ll need, remembering you can never have too many.

And remember to stay organized, you may need an organizer. Create an online folder, grab a binder or notebook to keep all your to-do lists, contracts, receipts and important documents all in one place.
