🏖️ Vacation mode? Sort of. 😆

You know what they don’t tell you about real estate?

The work doesn’t stop just because you’re on vacation.

I’ve been up since 7:00 this morning working on a contract, and if all goes well, it looks like we may have another accepted offer headed our way! 🤞

Earlier this week, one of my buyers became a homeowner. As much as I would have loved to be there in person, my broker stepped in and handled the closing while I was away.

This reminds me how blessed I am to be part of a brokerage that truly feels like family. We support each other, step in when needed, and make sure our clients are taken care of every step of the way.

Real estate isn’t always 9 to 5. Sometimes it’s early mornings, late-night phone calls, and contracts written from vacation. But helping someone buy their first home or move on to their next chapter makes it all worth it.

Now I’m just waiting for the rest of the gang to get up so we can head to the beach!! 😂🏖️☀️

🏡 CLOSED! 🎉

One of the things I love most about being part of an incredible brokerage is knowing that our clients are always taken care of.

Today, my buyer Brandon officially became a homeowner! As a first-time homebuyer, there were a few bumps along the way (because let’s be honest, real estate rarely goes exactly as planned), but he stayed patient, trusted the process, and we got him to the closing table.

While I was away on vacation, my broker stepped in and represented me at closing so Brandon wouldn’t miss a thing.

Under contract 🏡✨

Another extra special one for me. 🫶

She’s one of my sister’s best friends, and the fact that she trusted me to guide her through buying her first home honestly meant so much to me 🤍
We looked at homes in both Kentucky and Indiana, but the second we walked into this one yesterday… she knew.
We viewed two others before it, but this house just felt different.
Emotions were HIGH 😅
There were multiple showings scheduled after ours all the way into the evening, and she was terrified of losing it.
So we moved FAST.
We literally rushed to a coffee shop, wrote up the contract there, and worked the offer back and forth until almost midnight ☕🏡
She was nervous, emotional, excited… all the things first-time buyers feel.
But we had a strong offer, stayed calm, and made it happen 💪
Now she’s officially under contract on the home she fell in love with the moment she walked through the door ✨
