I swear sometimes things just move FAST in real estate. 😂🏡

I was introduced to my clients on August 20th. We talked for a few days, and once we could get our schedules lined up, we went out yesterday to look at three houses.

My clients are first time home buyers, so this is all brand new and exciting for them. We looked at the first two, then walked into the third one and...that was it. ❤️ They fell in love with it and asked me to write the offer.

Wellllll...here we are ONE DAY LATER and we are officially UNDER CONTRACT!! 🎉🎉

I am so excited for them!! Buying your first home is such a huge milestone, and it means a lot to me that they chose me to help them through it.

Now let's get through inspections, appraisal and all the fun stuff 😂 and get my clients to the closing table! 🏡🔑❤️

Sometimes the first house isn't the one you're meant to have. 🏡❤️

We went under contract on another home, but through no fault of my buyers, that deal fell apart. It was disappointing, but they didn't give up and neither did I.

A week later, we were back at it. We had three homes scheduled to see that day, but after walking into this one, they knew. We canceled the other two showings because they had found the one.

Like every transaction, we had a few bumps along the way, but today none of that mattered. Today they got the keys to their very first home, and seeing those smiles at the closing table made every challenge worth it.

These two have been an absolute joy to work with, and somewhere along the way they became more than clients. I truly feel like I made two new friends.

Some closings just stay with you. 🤍

Today we officially closed on this beautiful home and I couldn't be happier for everyone involved.

My seller was one of the sweetest people I've ever had the privilege of working with. She trusted me completely throughout the entire process, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to help her with this next chapter. The transaction was smooth from start to finish, which is always something to celebrate.

She's now settling into Indiana to be closer to family, and I couldn't be more excited for her.

At the same time, the new owners are getting a wonderful home with three beautiful acres in the country, giving their dogs plenty of room to run and making memories that will last a lifetime.

Moments like these are a reminder that real estate isn't just about buying and selling houses. It's about helping people move into the next chapter of their lives, whatever that chapter may be. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your stories. 🏡💛✨

Some clients become more than just clients. 💛

I had the pleasure of working with these two about a year ago, but life had a few loose ends they needed to tie up before they could move forward. This year they reached back out and asked if I was still available to help them find their perfect home. My answer was an easy yes.

After just one showing, they knew this was the one. Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Magnolia, this property gives these newlyweds the peaceful setting they were dreaming of, along with plenty of room for their dogs to run and enjoy the outdoors.

Congratulations to my wonderful buyers on officially becoming homeowners today!

This journey started with a home tour and ended around a table filled with smiles and a brand new set of keys. From the moment they walked into this home, they fell in love with the skylights, the spacious backyard, the beautiful fruit trees, and the finished basement that will be perfect for family gatherings for years to come.

Moving from a smaller home into a place with room to grow is such an exciting milestone, and I couldn't be happier for them as they begin this next chapter.

It's always exciting when everything comes together, and that's exactly what happened here. After touring homes and finding the one that felt just right, we were able to get it under contract, and now the countdown to closing begins!

This one has been such a smooth journey from the very beginning. Once my buyer found "the" house in Louisville, we headed straight to a coffee shop, wrote the offer, and got to work. ☕🏡

Fast forward to today, we're officially Clear to Close! While we're happily accommodating the seller with a little extra time before closing, we can't wait to receive the keys in just a couple of weeks.

Every closing has a story, and this one definitely kept us on our toes.

I'm excited to share the successful sale of two multifamily 4-plexes in Radcliff, Kentucky! 🏘️🏘️

This transaction came with its share of challenges, from multiple closing extensions and changing lenders to coordinating with a bank on the West Coast and working around everyone's schedules to get documents signed. There were plenty of moments where it would have been easy to get discouraged.

But that's the thing about real estate...it's rarely about having a perfect transaction. It's about having the right people willing to work together and keep moving forward.

I'm grateful to everyone involved who stayed committed to finding solutions every step of the way. In the end, we accomplished exactly what we set out to do, and my client successfully closed on these two investment properties.
