A Radford native, Sharon has worked in real estate since 1999 and has spent her career helping buyers and sellers throughout the New River Valley. Today, she owns her own real estate office right here in Downtown Radford.

The streets are in, landscaping has begun, and three beautiful floor plans—the Yorkshire, Oakdale, and Rendition—are currently available, with another Rendition already under contract!

☕🏡 What a great morning at The Glades!

A huge thank you to the Radford Chamber of Commerce for allowing us to host Business Over Breakfast yesterday at The Glades!

We had a wonderful turnout and truly enjoyed connecting with so many fellow Chamber members and local business professionals. It was especially exciting to welcome everyone into The Glades model home and share more about this beautiful new community taking shape right here in Radford.

And a special thank you to Coffee for the delicious coffee and breakfast — everything was wonderful! ☕🥐
