If you haven’t checked out at , RUN- do not walk- and make sure to try one of their amazing crafted cocktails. I had the boom boom marg and 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼—just wow. (They’ve also put together a delicious-looking plant-forward menu that I’m dying to try next time I go back!)

Learn the A, B, C's of selling your home with this simple timeline. All you need to do is learn the basics, and I'll handle the rest!

1. Book a meeting with me- First things first, we have a meeting to understand goals and take a look at your home.

2. We establish a price- Through comparable homes and understanding the market, we'll come up with a price together

3. Prepping your home for the market- Next, we're going to de-clutter, stage, take photos, and fix anything that needs to be repaired

4. Home is on the market- Your home is listed on the MLS, yay! Bring on the buyers...

5. Showings- I'll take care of showing coordination and making sure your home is being shown to every potential buyer

6. Offers & Negotiations- Offers will start to roll in, and we will be able to go through all of them and decide on one, or a counteroffer

7. Under contract- Woo! Your home is under contract and one step closer to closing

8. Inspection/appraisal- during this period the buyer can request an inspection and may ask for repairs if needed. The appraisal will be done by the bank if the buyer is financing to ensure the value of the home is accurate

9. Closing day!- CLOSED! Your home is finally sold.

Little life update— After some time spent on the coast in Wilmington, I’ve made my way back to the wonderful ‘City of Oaks’ and have joined one of the largest independent brokerages here in the area, Choice Residential! 🏡

As a Triangle-area native (yes, I know—it’s rare!), I am your local expert on all things Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill plus all areas in between + around! I look forward to being a part of this great community again and helping buyers & sellers reach their real estate goals!
