UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡
Sometimes the best client relationships start long before the “let’s buy a house” conversation.
A few years ago, these buyers reached out to me because they were relocating to the Triangle and needed help finding a rental. Rentals aren’t typically something I assist with, but I still took the time to have a lengthy conversation with them and share guidance to help them navigate their move.
And apparently, that conversation stuck with them. ❤️
They told me they knew they would call me when they were ready to buy - and I’m SO glad they did!
Fast forward to today…they’re officially UNDER CONTRACT on their new home in Raleigh! 🎉
And what a home it is! With 6 bedrooms, a main-level guest suite, a beautifully updated kitchen, screened porch, large cul-de-sac lot, multiple flex spaces, and a location convenient to RDU and RTP, this home gives them plenty of space and flexibility for whatever comes next.
But honestly, my favorite part of this story isn’t even the house.
It’s knowing that the time I spent helping them when they weren’t yet buying made enough of an impression that they trusted me to guide them when the time finally came.
That’s exactly the kind of relationship I want to build with my clients - being a resource, answering questions, and helping you feel confident and informed, even when you’re still figuring out your next move.
