✨ DOUBLE CLOSING DAY ✨

So excited for my clients who just closed on both the sale of their home at 125 Harmony Creek Place in Apex and the purchase of their new home at 2601 Whistleberry Court in Apex as well! 🏡

I had the opportunity to represent them on both transactions, helping them sell one stunning luxury home and move into another - all while coordinating timelines, negotiations, inspections, and everything in between.
