Bathroom refresh from start to finish 🔨🛁

This one started with old wallpaper, stubborn adhesive, and some drywall that definitely wasn’t having a good day 😂

Got the wallpaper and glue removed, repaired and skimmed the damaged areas, sanded everything smooth, and gave the room a fresh new paint job. Finished it off with fresh silicone around the tub and replaced a failed insulated glass window.

Nothing fancy — just taking a tired bathroom and making it look clean, fresh, and taken care of. 💪

A 4-day transformation completely turned this entryway around! 🔨 We ripped out the old, failing wood railings and replaced them with a premium, zero-maintenance Trex Enhance system in classic white with round black aluminum balusters.

This client recently got a beautiful new deck, but their front stairs were left stuck in the past with old, rotting wood rails. It was the very last piece of the puzzle that didn't match! 🧩✨

Knocked out a solid maintenance punch list for a client this week! 🛠️

From sorting out uniform lighting in the dining room and garage to completely rebuilding a leaky toilet with 100% new internals. We also diagnosed a "dead" garbage disposal and traced it back to a faulty, broken switch (always check the electrical first!).

Wrapping up next week with a custom-built crawl space door and some fresh exterior trim work. 🪚🏠

Busy doesn’t even begin to cover the last two days.

Finished sanding and the second coat on a custom crawlspace door, repaired a broken double-pane IGU window, replaced a worn-out screen door closer, installed a dryer at my rental property, and ended the day replacing the alternator on a 2009 Mini Cooper.

From home repairs to automotive work, every day brings something different. That’s the part I enjoy most—solving problems and getting things working again.

Custom crawlspace door replacement underway! 🔨

The original door had seen better days, so I built a new one from scratch. Yesterdays work included measuring, cutting, painting, not pictured was assembly and filling the screw heads.

The final sanding, second coat, and installation are up next. Stay tuned for Part 2 to see the finished result and transformation!
