Knocked out a solid maintenance punch list for a client this week! 🛠️

From sorting out uniform lighting in the dining room and garage to completely rebuilding a leaky toilet with 100% new internals. We also diagnosed a "dead" garbage disposal and traced it back to a faulty, broken switch (always check the electrical first!).

Wrapping up next week with a custom-built crawl space door and some fresh exterior trim work. 🪚🏠

Busy doesn’t even begin to cover the last two days.

Finished sanding and the second coat on a custom crawlspace door, repaired a broken double-pane IGU window, replaced a worn-out screen door closer, installed a dryer at my rental property, and ended the day replacing the alternator on a 2009 Mini Cooper.

From home repairs to automotive work, every day brings something different. That’s the part I enjoy most—solving problems and getting things working again.

Custom crawlspace door replacement underway! 🔨

The original door had seen better days, so I built a new one from scratch. Yesterdays work included measuring, cutting, painting, not pictured was assembly and filling the screw heads.

The final sanding, second coat, and installation are up next. Stay tuned for Part 2 to see the finished result and transformation!

Started the day with a full yard reset and ended up completing 4 properties by the end of the day. Cleared overgrown vines, weeds, leaves, sticks, and brush, then finished with fresh cuts and clean edges.

One of the best parts of the day was gaining a new biweekly lawn customer after a neighbor saw the work in progress.

Talk about a productive day! We started out front tackling a vine-choked yard—shredded the debris, graded a full yard of fresh topsoil/compost mix, laid down a heavy weed-barrier, and finished it off with dark premium mulch and 3 beautiful new azaleas.

But the job didn't stop at the curb. While on-site, I stepped inside to help the client get her kitchen back in action by wrapping up her new faucet lines and getting her microwave installed

Laundry room upgrade at my rental property🔨🧺

Moved the old kitchen washer setup into a new dedicated laundry cutout to make the space more functional. This project included:

• Running new PEX plumbing
• Installing a recessed washer box
• Relocating the electrical outlet to the opposite side of the wall

Also in the video — a salvaged kitchen sink from a previous client’s remodel. After installing their new sink, I cleaned up and listed the old one on Marketplace, and the buyer ended up hiring me to install it at their house too.
