Feeling truly honored and grateful! ❤️
I honestly had no idea about this recognition until my niece Charmaine Burnette texted it to me yesterday! I was completely surprised and so excited. Seeing my name recognized in this way means more than words can express.

Being a Property Manager is not an easy job or for the weak. There are long days, difficult situations, and challenges that people don't always see. But it's also incredibly rewarding when you know you're making a difference in the lives of your residents and community.
I couldn't do this alone. I'm blessed to have an amazing Regional Manager Chauncey Eaton who supports and believes in me, an awesome Assistant Manager Yesenia Ford and a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor Rafael Gil who work hard every single day. Having a team that has your back makes all the difference.

When you apply, make sure to bring $30 application fee, ID/SS card, last 6 paystubs(if you are employed), 2024 Social Security award letter, retirement current statement. Section 8 is welcome with a minimum $400 monthly income. Income must be 2 times the rent. Rent for 1br is $1,186 and 2br is $1,411. Limited availability, so act fast!
