We staged and consulted on quite a number of properties in January. So far, eleven of them went on the market. Nine are already under contract, with an average selling time of 7 days! We are thrilled for the homeowners and realtors!!

This property was not getting offers because buyers believed the secondary bedrooms were too small. The fact is, empty rooms appear smaller. We staged the two bedrooms and it sold in less than 10 days!

The property in this photo was staged on a budget. It is not necessary to fill rooms up with furniture. We were able to stage this formal living room with just one chair and a bookcase. This property sold in a week! MLS photos of vacant rooms do not draw the attention of buyers. Staged homes get more showings, sell more quickly and for more money.

Have I mentioned that we LOVE The Green Chair Project? :)

After her appointment, this sweet mother of four said:
"it is great that so many people donated and cared. While we picked everything out there were so many emotions. After the fact, when I watched each volunteer load the truck and saw all that we will have, a flash of all the wrong and pain we have been through passed us. How amazing, Thank God. This means more to me because my children have a couch to sit on, they have beds and fully decorated bathroom. We can't afford to do what was done in the 1-2 hours of my life. it means so much to me!"

Staging a vacant home with "leftover" worn furnishings and outdated electronics is never a good idea. Renting modern furnishings, art and accessories creates a whole new feel and will be so much more appealing to buyers!
