As a Therapist, I know it's difficult to name the challenges with mind and brain as it relates to emotion and personality. We no longer have to feel shame when our mind and emotions just don't seem to match our motivation or desire or faith. My prayer and hope is that you seek support from your healthcare provider, spiritual care provider, mental healthcare provider when you need more support than current support network.
