Besides helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, and the greater Triangle area, we also purchase and renovate homes throughout the region.

Today, we closed on a lakefront home in Chapel Hill, NC!

We’re offering the property for sale as-is for the next week, giving buyers an opportunity to purchase it before renovations begin. If it doesn’t sell, we’ll start renovating the home next week.

Busy day on-site at one of our four current home renovations! Today, I was out there working on the sidewalk while we're in the thick of the demolition phase.

We just put a brand new roof on this weekend, and today, we’re getting all new insulation installed under the house. It's all starting to come together, and I can't wait to see the finished product!

We're thrilled to announce that our latest renovation, 316 Ebon, went under contract the first weekend it hit the market! This home quickly became our favorite project to date, thanks to its incredible design, prime location, and perfect floor plan.

A massive shoutout to Curly Willow Design Studio for the stunning staging and to Ashley Wells for selecting the gorgeous colors, finishes, and overall design. We couldn't have done it without you! 🙌✨

🚧 Exciting New Project Alert! 🚧

I’m thrilled to share that I just purchased this 100-year-old, 10,000 sq. ft. commercial warehouse near downtown Burlington! 🙌 It’s currently in need of a LOT of love, but the potential here is incredible. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be diving into major renovations: replacing the roof, upgrading the electrical, updating the heating/air, and adding lighting. Once it’s all set, this space will be available for lease!

The building has a unique history as an old sock mill, complete with an original freight elevator and a massive coal heating system (don’t worry, that part’s retired!). 🏗️ With office, retail, and warehouse space, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a versatile location.

Work and passion come together! After six years of climbing at Progression Climbing, I recently had the privilege to help Rodney secure the building for this amazing gym that’s become such a special place for so many of us.

Today Rodney and the team at Progression Climbing are collecting donations for hurricane relief, with deliveries headed to Asheville every Friday for the next few weeks. If you want to contribute, you can drop off donations at the gym located at 1713 Legion Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27517. Grateful for communities that support one another, both on and off the wall!
