Today we walked our property with our landscape architect as we continue working through our grading plans and figuring out how all the pieces of RAD Living Ranch | Ramona, CA fit together.

The Oasis. The horse space + Paddock Paradise. Drainage, access, utilities, permitting all the things you don’t necessarily think about when you first fall in love with a piece of land.

Owning acreage has taught me that you don’t just impose a vision on the land. You learn the land, work with it, and figure out how to bring that vision to life the right way.
