Sellers overlook this during the holidays… 🎄🏡
And it can quietly cost you thousands.

✨ Pricing: Buyers shopping during the holidays are serious — but they’re also value-driven. Overpricing because “we’ll adjust later” can push qualified buyers away fast. The right price from day one creates urgency, multiple offers, and leverage — even in December.

🛋️ Presentation: Holiday décor should enhance, not distract. Think warm, neutral, and cozy — not cluttered or overly personalized. Buyers want to imagine their holidays in the home, not feel like guests in someone else’s. Clear counters, simple accents, and great lighting matter more than ever.
