2 bed, 1 bath mobile home. Listed at $269k, and I closed it for my buyers at $252k.

But the price is not the story here.

When you buy a mobile home in a park like this, the land is leased, so buyers have to be approved by the park itself.

Park management rejected my clients at first pass. Just like that, the home they wanted was slipping away, and they were ready to walk.

I knew they were qualified. I had the numbers in front of me. So instead of accepting the no, I talked to the park office and took it straight to the underwriting team at their corporate HQ. I made the case, point by point, for why my clients deserved that approval.

They got it. And today they are happily moved into their new home in Simi Valley.

This is the part of the job that does not show up on a sign in the yard. Anyone can write an offer. Not everyone will keep fighting when the door shuts. That is what I do for the people I work with.

If you know the Peninsula, you know Mira Verde.
